Total Points Grading Scale
Test
–> 100 pts each.
–> Tests will be given every one to two weeks depending on pacing.
–> In an attempt to extent God’s mercy in my religion class, I do allow oral retesting, but only for those students who have completed all their assignments and have shown good class participation with behavior and note taking. Retesting must be completed one week from when the test is returned to the student.
Assignments
–> 10pts each.
–> Points are only deducted from assignments when there is a lack of neatness, completness, or effort, as well as being turned in late.
Open Note Quizzes
–> 20pts each.
Projects
–> 50 pts each.
–> Projects will be assigned throughout the year.
–> There will be no more than one per trimester
–> Projects turned in late will be docked a letter grade each day it is late and after 4 days, the highest grade assigned will be a 50%.
