In our second grade classroom we have 4 “big” rules:
1. Treat ourselves, our teachers, and our peers with respect
2. Keep hands, feet, and objects to ourselves
3. Always try to do our best
4. Make good choices
Each student starts the day on green. You will be given 2 warnings and if you choose not to follow the rules, the following will happen:
1. you will move your color from green to yellow and lose 5 minutes from recess. A sticker will be placed in your planner.
If you continue to not follow the rules:
2. you will move your color from yellow to orange and lose all your recess time. A note will be sent home.
If you are still unwilling to follow the rules:
3. you will move your color from orange to red and you will go talk with Sister Veronica. A note will be sent home.
This system applies to all of your classes. Even your specials!
